Sr. Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically minded senior financial analyst to join our finance team in Xcite. The person will be responsible for the preparation of various reports which would help the Sr. Finance Manager and business teams in Decision-making. Furthermore, this role includes preparation of yearly budgets, quarterly forecasts, monitoring and analyzing business performance, and providing inputs to the financial planning process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Finance Manager / Finance Director in business budgeting, forecasting by working closely with operations and understanding key drivers
  • Prepare various reports which provide insights on various components of business performance. Work closely with the Operations team to identify and understand reasons of deviation vs budget/forecast/previous years
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and provide/share key takeaways on the performance
  • Compute NPV and IRR for capital expenditure/AFE by integrating with operations
  • Liaise with the accounting team and review provisions/expenses/revenue leakage etc. and instruct respective departments to take corrective actions
  • Support Operations Managers/ General Managers etc. on ad-hoc requests
  • Supervise/review the workings/tasks of financial analysts in the team

 

Candidate Requirements

•    Professionally Qualified – CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent.
•    3-5 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance
•    Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
•    Good leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills.
•    Proven analytical capabilities.
•    Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Costing Clerk – Automotive

Location: KW

Job Responsibilities

  •  Do proper costing of the Jobs in progress in Service areas, close the job cards on job completion after complying with the published pricing and discount norms and raise the invoices on the system  and collect cash from customers.
    •    Accurately and efficiently operate cash register; deposit the daily cash collected to treasury, bank or duly authorised collection agents as advised by the Cost office co-ordinator or Supervisor. Obtain due acknowledgment from the person receiving the funds on Fund Transfer forms for cash handed over.
    •    Ensure all disbursements are carefully handled after verification of proper supporting documents as per company policy;
    •    Ensure all receipts and payments are timely recorded in cash register and the documents are filed and stored in an orderly manner along with all the supporting documents (Invoices, job cards, receipts etc)
    •    Sort, count and wrap coins and currency.
    •    Reconcile cash in hand with balance in Cash register on daily basis.
    •    Ensure that there is sufficient cash in the cash drawer
    •    Ensure that all schedules, including month end reconciliations, relating to cash are prepared on timely basis.
    •    Flexibility to work above business hours and weekends as needed.
    •    Ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager

Candidate Requirements

  • Commerce graduate
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Cash handling and disbursement
  • Must have Automotive Industry experience.
  • Able to speak English and Arabic
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Bookkeeping and recording the accounting entries.
  • Preparing reconciliations and month end schedules.

Financial Service Representative

Job Summary

 

Handling the credit transaction and giving instant approvals.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect all required documents from the customers.
  • Make sure that the customer is complying with the CBK criteria.
  • Evaluate the transaction as a credit staff not as salesmen.
  • Coordinate with HO team to analyze customer status and customer transaction issues to get final approval.
  • Send batch of the approval transaction to the H.O
  • Provide efficient sales and services to customers and monitor sales for all referral objectives.
  • Assist customers with all benefits and features of credit criteria and promotion of the company.
  • Assist sales team to generate business through cross selling and effective marketing.

Required Skills    

  • Experience in Credit approval process
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Acceptable level of English Language skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
