Hiring for Fire Station Administrator for Major Petroleum Company in Kuwait

salary : 450 KD Per Month + Free Food and Accommodation + Free Local Transportation.

Qualification : Completion of Secondary School followed by 2 years Diploma education and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,…) Fluent in written and Spoken English language

Experience : Minimum experience: 6 Years in a related area.

Job Discription :
A.     The incumbent shall be required to a variety of routine of specialized office activities in the assigned Fire Stations.
B.     Updates and maintains a variety of files, records, reports, Minutes of Meetings, documents of routine and specialized nature.
C.     Shall be able to maintain proper filing of all incoming & outgoing Fire Station documents etc.
D.     Operates all office equipment (PC, typewriter, fax machine, etc…)
E.      Shall have expert knowledge on the use of MS. Office Software ( Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
