Dietsmann looking to hire the following position for its team in Kuwait:

#Process_Engineer:

EXPERIENCE:
Shall have a minimum of six years of working experience in the Technical Services Process
related to Oil Fields / Oil Refineries / Petrochemical plant.
He must be able to speak, read and write English very well.
Engineers with the following additional qualifications/certifications will be preferred:
– Environmental Engineering
– Certified Auditors for ISO 9001/ OHSAS 18001 / ISO 14001
– Certified training on QRA/HAZOP-HAZAN Studies.

Requirements :

1. Updated cv.
2. MINIMUM ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: – Shall be a four-year full-time degree in Bachelor of Chemical Engineering.
3. Minimum 6 years of experience. (with the required experience certificates)
4. Passport copy.

Department: Laboratory & Environmental

Job Description: 

• Takes and logs customer calls or complaints in the system.

• Provides product/service information by answering questions and offering assistance.

• Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log.

• Maintain logistic matters in terms of spare parts issuance, ordering and clearing of spare parts accountabilities, etc.

• Keeps equipment operational status by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.

• Responsible in documenting reports and closing service calls

Job Requirements:

• Experience of 2 to 3 years in the field or related areas

• A degree in engineering/business/related field is required

• A technical background in the healthcare industry is preferable

• Communication skills + computer literacy
