We’re currently hiring for two key positions:
1️⃣ Drivers Team Leader
If you’ve ever managed delivery drivers, you already know — it’s not just about routes.
It’s about people.
It’s about solving last-minute issues, motivating your team when the day gets hectic, and making sure deliveries happen smoothly (even during peak season chaos).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising and motivating a team of delivery drivers
- Planning routes and improving daily efficiency
- Monitoring driver performance and KPIs
- Resolving operational challenges on the ground
- Ensuring safety standards and company policies are followed
- Training drivers to improve productivity and customer handling
- Preparing reports to support management decisions
Ideal Candidate:
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics / last mile delivery
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset
- Good knowledge of local Kuwait routes

2️⃣ Logistics Officer
More into coordination and operations?
This role is all about keeping the engine running behind the scenes.
You’ll monitor dispatch, track performance, coordinate between warehouse and delivery teams, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dispatch and tracking operations
- Monitor KPIs and identify bottlenecks
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and vendors
- Ensure policy and safety compliance
- Handle escalations and prepare operational reports
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Understanding of local delivery operations
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
