In this page you can find the list of locations to collect the Kuwait Driving License and Working hours with location map ( google map) and directions to the locations for all citizens and residence of Kuwait.

Instructions :
Training Permit Issuance Request
- Click on Training Permit Issuance menu on the home page to navigate to the application form
- Check and pay your Traffic Violations, if any, before placing the request
- Select your License Type, upload the required documents and submit the request to be approved by MOI
- Complete the process until the request is approved
- Once the request is approved, download and print the application form from the Request page
- Proceed with the Medical test, then visit the assigned Department of traffic or Service Center to submit the forms and print the Training Permit Form
Driving License Renewal Request
- Click on Driving License Renewal menu on the home page to navigate to the application form
- Check and pay your Traffic Violations, if any, before placing the request
- Select your License Type (validity should be less than 6 months), upload the required documents and submit the request to be approved by MOI
- Complete the process until the request is approved
- Once the request is approved, please go to the nearest self service issuance Kiosk to print your new license (Make sure to bring your existing Driving license and your Civil ID Card)
- In case you have more than one active driving license, please go to the assigned Department of traffic to print your license

Driving License Lost Replacement Request
- Click on Lost Driving License Replacement menu on the home page to navigate to the application form
- Check and pay your Traffic Violations, if any, before placing the request
- Select your License Type, enter Police Report Number, upload the required documents and submit the request to be approved by MOI
- Complete the process until the request is approved
- Once the request is approved, please go to the nearest self service issuance Kiosk to print your new license (Make sure to bring your Civil ID Card)
- In case you have more than one active driving license, please go to the assigned Department of traffic to print your license
Driving License Damage Replacement Request
- Click on Damaged Driving License Replacement menu on the home page to navigate to the application form
- Check and pay your Traffic Violations, if any, before placing the request
- Select your License Type, Damage Type, upload the required documents and submit the request to be approved by MOI
- License validity should be more than 6 months for placing damage replacement request. If less than 6 months, place a renewal request instead
- Complete the process until the request is approved
- In case of damage due Broken, Burn or Scratch, please go to your assigned Department of Traffic to print your license. For other types of damage, please go to the nearest self service issuance Kiosk to print your new license (Make sure to bring your existing Driving license and your Civil ID Card
- In case you have more than one active driving license, please go to the assigned Department of traffic to print your license
