Some of the Key Accountabilities in the following scopes:-
-Departmental (to support the policies, goals, plans, programmes of the Company’s Operation Management System to achieve HSSE Goals.
– HSSE Governance (to ensure that HSSE audit and assurance are compliant with standards, regulations and guidelines).
– Environmental Management (to oversee and ensure compliance to environmental requirement including GHG Management).
– Contractor HSSE Management (to deliver the operation of a system or process that ensures effective contractor HSSE management in accordance with internal and external requirements.
– Occupational Health & Safety Management (to deliver the operation of a system or process that ensures effective Occupational Health & Safety Management (including Industrial Hygiene) in accordance with internal and external requirements.
– Crisis Response Management
What you need to have for this post:-
-Bachelors Degree Holder in Engineering plus or equivalent.
– At least 15 years in the Oil & Gas Industry in diverse HSSE functions related to the scope of work and minimum 7 years supporting offshore operations.
-Master Degree in Industrial Safety, or NEBOSH Diploma.
-Good Understanding of E&P activities (exploration, drilling, production, seismic, operation and processes, Major project EPCIC, HSSE management in contracted job) and its associated risk, Incident Investigation Management and its techniques, Risk Assessment and Management, Emergency and Crisis management
– Proven ability in writing technical procedures and technical reports.
– Familiar with Malaysian legislations, industry guidelines, best practices, and standards (e.g. PTS, PPGUA, OGP, OPITO) with regards to Environment and OH practices.
