The Rolein brief

The role will responsible fordelivering technical solutions for projects to meet thecustomer’s needs. This role will lead the day-to-dayactivities of the development team including collecting statusupdates and resolving technical issues, and will be accountable andresponsible for delivery of solutions to the customer.

Job Summary

To Deliver and install Appliances sold by AE to customers premises on the address mentioned on the delivery note and to explain them the operating instructions and Features of the product after installation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Present delivery notes with customer signature for goods delivered.
  • Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
  • Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to D&I office by
  • mobile
  • Checking the condition of items while loading – to avoid loading any dented item
  • To call customers for setting appointments to make deliveries on time
  • To plan and adopt an optimum route to deliver given set of deliveries efficiently
  • On reaching customer home, to guide labors to unload the correct item in a safe way.
  • To guide the labors into the customer’s premises and let them unload item at custom
  • required place
  • To install the item and explain to the customer its main features and operating instructions
  • To get customer’s signature on the delivery note after installation
  • Next day Bring back the signed copy of delivery note to D&I office
  • To obtain Return Delivery from D&I office for any cancelled any rescheduled before
  • returning to WH and to get store Keeper signature on the return delivery
  • To return the singed return delivery copy to D&I office
  • To keep his tuck clean and in good shape and to take it to service regularly for
  • maintenance
  • To inform the supervisor in case of any defect in the truck
  • Act as a leader for the labors in his truck and monitor and control their activities on job
  • To take care the safety of labors in his truck
  • To take care the safety of goods loaded in his truck.
  • To sell and install accessories in customers home
  • To be responsible of accessories stock in his truck
  • To deposit the accessories sale regularly to cashier.
  • To order accessories stock if it is close to finish.

Candidate Requirements

  • He should have Heavy Driving license and driving skills to drive company truck (Applicable for Drivers)
  • Complete Product knowledge especially related to installation
  • Knowledge of Kuwait Areas
  • Should have good communication skills and preferably bilingual (Arabic and English)
  • Should have experience to deal with all types of customers
  • Should be customer centric.

Delivery Advisor

Job Summary

To provide an outstanding customer experience at time of delivery of vehicles back to customer. To ensure each customer is satisfied from their visit to us and provide necessary feedback using prescribed formats for development of the satisfaction levels

Job Responsibilities

•    Immediately on receipt of the information, inform the customer that the vehicle is ready. As much as possible the job details & costs should be informed on the phone. Confirm the delivery date/time and explain the advantage of coming on time. Log the call in Kerridge CRM module.
•    Great the customers upon arrival and explain to him/her what job have been done and charges for each job. Also inform the customers which of the complaints have not been attended (if any) and why. Explain the findings, characteristics and any report using the job card made available before customer arrival.
•    Advice the customers about the next service needed. Educate them about the benefits of making appointment for next visit. Thank the customer for the business and assure him our best attention at all times.
•    Actively ask the customers if they are satisfied with the service received during this visit. Use the prescribed format for quick evaluation of the satisfaction level of the customer.
•    Each customer who took delivery of their vehicles from us should receive a follow up call to ensure his / her satisfaction. Call should be placed within 48 hours of the vehicle delivery and log the call in Kerridge CRM. Module. If the customer is not satisfied, the customer case should be logged and forwarded to Manager for resolution.
•    Establish healthy and profitable relationship with the customer. Listen actively to the feed back at all interaction with the customer.

Candidate Requirements

•    5 years experience in Customer Service
•    Graduate in any discipline preferably in hospitality industry
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
•    Knowledge of Microsoft office application

Job Summary

The Job Purpose of a Business Administrator will be to provide administrative support to Management along with other secretarial duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Typing of all correspondence i.e. letters, memos, schedules, agendas, etc.
  • Handling independent business correspondence for the division (incoming and outgoing)
  • Directing incoming telephone calls to the appropriate recipient
  • Manage, organize and update relevant data, maintain a proper filing system
  • Organizing all business operations related events i.e. training, team meeting etc.
  • Organizing travel and hotel reservations for business trips from and visitors to, the division as well as visa processing

Candidate Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of wider Kuwait
  • At least 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar administrative role

  • Good computer knowledge and skills (Outlook – Microsoft Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Internet)
  • Must be self-motivating, driven, initiative and able to work independently and against tight deadlines
