💼 Job Description  

We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who’s already based inside Kuwait — someone experienced, organized, and genuinely passionate about building a great workplace.

Some days you’ll be welcoming new team members and preparing their onboarding plans. On others, you’ll be handling payroll, updating employee records, or following up on attendance and leave tracking. You’ll also be the go-to person for employee guidance — from simple questions like “How do I apply for leave?” to more sensitive matters that need patience and confidentiality.

You’ll work closely with different departments, support hiring needs, prepare internal circulars, coordinate with government requirements for visas and renewals, and make sure HR policies are up-to-date and clear. Basically… you’ll be the steady hand that keeps our people operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities  

HR Administration & Compliance

• Manage the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits.
• Handle HRIS updates, audits, and all administrative HR work.
• Keep policies, employee handbooks, org charts, and directories organized and updated.
• Prepare official circulars and communications from management.

Payroll & Benefits

• Handle payroll processing from start to finish — updates, bonuses, leaves, reimbursements, benefits changes.
• Track attendance, overtime, leaves, and manpower hours.
• Make sure all benefits and compensation details are accurate and compliant.

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Prepare everything needed for a smooth first day — schedules, documents, and introductions.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to give new hires a positive start.
• Conduct exit interviews and finalize offboarding processes.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Write job postings, screen CVs, and conduct interviews.
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and plan hiring strategies.

Employee Relations

• Guide employees on health, conduct, grievances, capability issues, and more.
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with renewal of labor cards, visas, insurance, and contracts.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7–10 years of solid HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office
• Great communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
