5 KD and 10 KD is Medicine Fee for Expats in Kuwait, Ministry of Health
According to the new decision from Ministry of Health, expatriates must pay a fee of 5 KD for dispensing medicines from the pharmacy of primary health care centres and 10 KD for hospital outpatient pharmacy.
This is in addition to the health consultation fees, which are KD 2 at primary health care centres and KD 10 at hospitals.
The decision will be implemented starting today, i.e., 18th December 2022, Sunday.
Within the framework of its efforts to improve the health care services in the country and to stop wasting medicines, the Ministry of Health issued a decision to collect fees for dispensing medicines from expatriate patients.
