· Required Urgently : – Computer Technicians

· 1.1 Qualifications :

· Bachelor Degree or Diploma in computer hardware Maintenance and Network Administration or equivalent.
· Five years of Experience is must in IT Support field.
· Hardware Maintenance and Network Administration certifications
Microsoft/Cisco or HP Certified .
· Transferable residency

· 1.2 Technical Knowledge:

· UTP Cabling, Switch, Routers installation.
· TCP/IP Complete Installation & Configuration.
· Managing Resources, Connectivity, Running Applications, Monitoring & Optimization system.
· Computer, Printer/Plotter Maintenance and Network Troubleshooting
· Computer OS Installation and Troubleshooting
· Good knowledge in Win 10, Win 8, Win 7 Operating Systems
· Configuration Remote Access Service.
· Printer/Plotter installation and configuration.
· Able to Complete Administration of Network at Enterprise Level.
· Can implement physical connectivity of network with different Kind of topologies.
· End-User support.
· Drawing Network Diagrams by Computer Software

· 1.3 Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoots, Repairs, Maintains, installs and performs testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication and network systems.
· Completes work orders such as installing equipment, connecting and moving devices, installing disk drives, and correcting definitions on data switches.
· End-User support, taking calls, responding to maintenance tasks, and report back.
· Performs preventive maintenance for computer, data communication and/or peripheral equipment, tests and adjusts to appropriate.
· Local Area Networking Installation and Troubleshooting.
· File sharing / Printer sharing· Map drive configuration in network.
