We are looking to hire:

“Telephone Operator”

Education: A Diploma from an accredited college or high school completed

Experience:

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Telephone Operator

2. Must be fluent in English and Arabic (Written & Speaking).

3. Must have the ability to competently use a multi-line telephone console and be knowledgeable in basic communication procedures.

4. Requires ability to speak clearly and concisely with a pleasant voice.

5. Must be able to work effectively as a team member and establish / maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients and partners.

6. Requires ability to follow oral and written instructions and effectively manager stressful as well as emergency situations.

7. Must be able to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.

8. Must be willing to work on 24/7 shifts.

Mandatory: Must be fluent in English and Arabic (Written & Speaking).

Salary: 350-400 KWD with Mobile allowance, transport allowance, annual air ticket and private medical insurance.

Work Location: KGOC

We are looking for a reliable Delivery Driver

who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner.

We are seeking to type of drivers, the first with their vehicle (car, bike) and others who do not have a vehicle we will be providing (bikes).

You have the flexibility to choose the right working hours that suits you and the number of days that you are willing to work.

For other drivers that are already working somewhere else, we will be providing an application that sends you a notification once an order is placed.
Therefore, you will be working upon demand.

To succeed as a Delivery Driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience.

You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients.
