Q: What is your return policy?	A: If the item has been used or shows signs of usage, a re-stocking fee no less than 20% of the original selling price will be applied to the current price. Swiftronics reserves the right to inspect any item before approving a refund. At Swiftronics we offer a 30 day warranty on all our international devices which will be issued as a repair or a replacement if a repair is not feasible. This warranty applies to product defects and failures only. All warranty claims placed 30 days after the date of receipt will be redirected to the product manufacturer and will be subject to manufacturer’s warranties and return policies. Under no circumstances will liquid or physical damage be covered by warranty. Wearables, Accessories, and TV boxes are NOT eligible for returns due to hygienic reasons

A: Open box items are items that were either show cased in store, tested by our associates or returned under buyers remorse within 30 days. All of our open box items have been rigorously tested and have passed our checklist of being sellable. Please note that open box devices may not include headphones for hygienic reasons and would need to be purchased separately. We offer an extended 90 day guarantee on all of our open box items.
