Job Title:Key Account Manager
Reports to:Sales Director
Main Accountability:
• Assume Responsibility for a number of Sales Accounts/Customers.
• Overseas the work of account executives and be a key person in charge of budget and administration.
• Achieving target revenue assigned to.
• Keeping track of monthly sales revenues versus target and objectives.
• Providing support and monitoring receivable for accounts/customers.
Job Holder Profile :
1. Education: Engineer Graduate or BA in Business Administration.
2. Experience: 2 to 5 years in local market and same industry.
3. Technical knowledge: Avaya Systems, Systems and Hardware, Security System, Audio Visual, Unified Communication, Cisco, Information Technology
4. Managerial skills: Leadership skills & Organizational Skills
5. Other skills :
a. Organized and attend to details.
b. Effective Time Management Skills.
c. Good Communications Skills.
d. Good Negotiation Skills.
e. Flexibility and assertiveness.
f. Excellent presentation skills – up on Board level.
g. Tenacity and enthusiasm to build the pipeline from scratch.
h. Ability to think on feet
