We at Ikarus United Marine Services are looking for a “Payroll Specialist” to handle the payroll, attendance and manage other personnel related tasks. Candidate must be able to understand and interpret Kuwait Labor Law regulations and laws Able to work independently and ensure accuracy and completion payroll entries such as addition of new employees, salary adjustments, leaves, terminations

Key Responsibilities:

Provide the appropriate salaries for each grade and add any amendments according to the instructions of the Compensation and Benefits Manager
Assistance in structuring salaries according to their rank.
Preparation of employees” monthly salaries & end of service benefits in accordance with the Company”s end-of-service policy and Kuwait Labour Law.
Preparation of employee overtime disclosure according to company policy.

Candidate shall fulfil the following criteria:

Experience:

5- 10 years of relevant experience

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor”s Degree

Knowledge and skills required:

Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Analytical skills
Ability to work in team
Attention to details
Flexibility
