Job Summary

Ensures effective collection follow-up on Normal portfolio and timely collection of  receivables.

Job Responsibilities

1.         Make daily telephone calls to overdue customers
2.         Request Team Leader to SMS as may be required time to time
3.         Highlight issues to Team Leader to resolve issues
4.         Make field visit to deliver warning letter to customer home or work place
5.         Send Faxes to customer work place
6.         Make follow-up notes on customer payment
7.         Response to customer query
8.         Get new customer contact data through various search and give it to Team Leader for update in system
9.         Maintain confidentiality of customer database
10.     Daily communication with our customers in all categories.
11.     Identify skipper cases and share the details to Team Leader
12.     Make a daily update to see which customers have been paid
13.     Broadcast the positive spirit among team members
14.   Work and prepare all the collection and follow-up customers

Candidate Requirements

Good team player
Familiar with kuwait places to help in warning letter
Skills of research and investigate and should be easy to find any person live in Kuwait.
Able to work under pressure.
Good negotiation or communication skills with different Customers

Position Overview

Call Center Agent is responsible for responding to customer calls and providing a positive, efficient customer experience and ensuring high customer satisfaction

Essential Job Roles:

  • Comply with staffing schedules and break allowances
  • Provide customers with accurate information at all times
  • Address the customers in a friendly tone and provide them with the best experience possible, minimizing customer wait/ hold time
  • Create complaint tickets correctly, in adherence with policies and procedures
  • Update the database with the most recent customer information
  • Handle stressed, angry and confused customers in the most positive way possible
  • Escalate cases that require intervention by Shift in Charge or Call Center Manager.

Job Summary

Support Business Solution Manager in supporting business growth through achieving and implementing IT strategy and road map.

Job Responsibilities

•    Handle change requests raised by business and ensure time delivery with adherence to change process
•    Projects management either small to medium size projects or assigned tasks within a project
•    Understand at least one end to end key business processes in detail in SAP e.g. order to cash, procure to pay, Master Data Management etc. as
•    Provide support for existing system (SAP, BI/BO, SHAMS) along with the integration between ERP & other modules
•    Innovate new ideas that can help business to increase sales, save cost or enhance controls
•    Incidents and service requests management. Ensure timely closure for service tickets and incidents

Candidate Requirements

•    Exposure to best practices Master Data Management for material and vendors.
•    At least one End to End business process understanding in e.g. order cash, procure to pay.
•    Hands on knowledge in at least one of three SAP ERP modules –MM, FICO.
•    Team working skills
•    Projects management and change management skills
•    Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how IT can best contribute to its success.
•    Good knowledge of IT Processes and policies
•    IT graduate with minimum four years’ experience in similar role
•    Good presentation and reporting skills
