Title: Procurement/Inventory Control Officer – Mobile Accessories

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement/Inventory Control Officer with specialized knowledge in mobile accessories to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take on a key role in managing our inventory and procurement processes, ensuring the availability of high-quality mobile accessories to meet our business needs. If you are passionate about mobile technology, possess strong organizational and analytical skills, and have a proven track record in procurement and inventory control within the mobile accessories industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement procurement strategies for mobile accessories to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of high-quality products.

– Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

– Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software, and implement efficient inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels.

– Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand for mobile accessories and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer needs.

– Monitor and analyze inventory performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

– Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations.

𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
·   Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Master’s Degree in Accounting or MBA
·   CPA or Audit experience/background would be advantage
·   Good and familiar with ERP system, Oracle is an advantage, and proficiency in MS office.

𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿
·   Bachelors Degree; PMP Certified (preferrable)
·   Set-up mechanical execution strategy for onshore operation project
·   Leading Mechanical Team and Coordinate with relevant parties for mechanical work process

𝗖𝗦𝗔 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹, 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 & 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲)
·   Bachelors Degree of Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or relevant field
·   At least 15 years overall experience in Construction Management/CSA Construction work with construction projects, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical Plant or Power Plant.
·   Can work the construction in upcountry, and etc.

·   Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
·   Review Tender Documents, coordinate and review/edit input variety of stakeholders, document template.
·   Cost Analysis and estimate cost associated and collaborate with other division for smooth bidding manner.
