As Production Supervisor, you will become an integral part of our supply chain Operations, Within this role, you will be tasked with Providing guidance and direction of the workforce, Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company health, safety, and environmental policies.

As part of the job, we’d expect that you:

• Supervise and instruct the production workforce
• Responsible for the products to be manufactured as per the manufacturing instructions on the batch cards and in line with ISO paint manufacturing process.
• Train and coach the workforce to perform the jobs assigned to them
• Coordinates with the Production Planner for the effective batch planning to meet the delivery commitment to the customer(s).
• Enforce compliance with safety guidelines and company standards
• use the  ERP system of transfer of stocks/posting of finished goods in the stock.
• Reports all production activities, abnormalities in Production, accidents, etc. and provide solutions
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Educate and direct personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of Supervisory experience in a Manufacturing Company
• Certified Fire Fighter and First Aider.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Suite and data entry systems.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Reporting Skills

You will report to the Factory Manager.

The role will be based in Kuwait (KWT)
