Job Seeking Part Time job as IT Technician – Kuwait, Salmiya, City, Shuwaikh 

Duties:
•Responsible for Networking, Design, Installation & Maintenance services.•Provide the level 1, 2, 3 supports to the client and follow up with the task.Initiated and implemented improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.•End User Support including diagnosis of high- end servers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, PC hardware and software problems, user training, on- call when needed, using IT Support Request system to document, priorities, and track requests.•Networking and Providing Support to Windows.•Installing and configuring different operating system and applications.

•Configuration & Testing of new Hardware and Software.

•Installing Anti Virus Protection.

•Providing 1st/2nd line Support to Users.

•Installing and configuring Network printers.

•Troubleshooting system and network problems and

diagnosing and solving hardware.

•Wireless LAN/WAN configuration & Support.

•Troubleshooting Firewall Infrastructure problems.

•Talking staff or clients through a series of

actions, either face to face or over the telephone

to help set up systems or resolve issues.
