Help Desk officer ( IT back round )

– Handling call center – incoming & outgoing calls
– Solving customer problems.
– Receive Job orders after service done by technicians.
– Prepare technicians schedule for next day.
– Issuing cash invoices.
– Check the items availability and quantity in stock .
– Prepare & Order tools and spare parts to complete the installation.
– Follow up with customers and technicians to complete the installation from A to Z.
– Managing over 23 technicians for both section (PBX & CCTV) installation & service.
– Receiving online License to make MIGO in SAAP store location.
– Receiving installation request from PBX & CCTV salesmen, Showrooms and dealers.
– Arrange technician’s annual vacation.
– Organize and filing the job orders in serial.
– Receive complains and services by e-mails.
– Make reports for installations and services to management
