Required service by manpower as follows:

Aircraft Ground Services
Custodial and Grounds Maintenance Services
Air Mobility Control Center
Aircraft Services
Passenger Services
Funds Handling
Reports, Records, and Electronic Data Interchange
Communications Management and Information Systems
Government-Furnished Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) and AGE Operation, Maintenance, and Repair.
Environmental, recycling, resource recovery, and pollution prevention programs.

The Contractor shall provide Air Terminal and Ground Handling Services on behalf of the Air Mobility Command in support of the Défense Transportation System to include but not limited to all U.S. Government owned or operated aircraft, US sponsored foreign Government aircraft, Coalition Forces aircraft, Kuwait Air Force aircraft, commercial contract aircraft, and commercial tendered aircraft at Cargo City Kuwait International Airport Kuwait. The Contractor shall facilitate on-time aircraft departures and maintain the ability to provide the full range of ATGHS 24 hours a day seven days a week, which includes a sustained Working Maximum on Ground capability of two wide-body aircraft or any combination of narrow-body which equate to two wide body aircraft.
