Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and growth in Coops Trade channels.
- Manage and expand relationships with retail cooperatives and key trade partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and ethical business practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Languages: Bilingual – fluent in Arabic and English.
