Urgent Hiring – GGA Kuwait Company (Shuwaikh)

GGA Kuwait is currently expanding its team and looking for experienced, motivated professionals to join us at our Shuwaikh location.

We’re hiring for the following roles:

  1. AutoCAD Draftsman (3–7 years experience)
    You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate AutoCAD drawings and detailed shop drawings based on project requirements. The role requires a strong understanding of technical drawings, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate closely with engineers and project teams to ensure designs are executed correctly.
  2. Graphic Designer (3–7 years experience)
    We’re looking for a creative thinker with a strong visual sense. You’ll work on a variety of design projects, including branding, marketing materials, and digital content. Proficiency in design tools and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals is key.
  3. Sales Executive (2–5 years experience | Kuwait Driving License required)
    In this role, you’ll drive business growth by identifying new clients, maintaining relationships, and closing deals. Strong communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a results-driven mindset are essential. A valid Kuwait driving license is a must, as the role involves client visits.
  4. Project Coordinator (2–5 years experience | Kuwait Driving License required)
    You’ll play a key role in keeping projects on track by coordinating between teams, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are critical for success in this position.
  5. Safety Officer (3–7 years experience)
    Responsible for ensuring a safe working environment across all project sites. You’ll implement safety policies, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Experience in risk assessment and safety training is highly valued.

Job Description:

We’re hiring a bilingual Operations Manager who’s organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities without losing track of the details.

You’ll be working closely with the founder (yes—direct communication, quick decisions, real impact), managing a small team, and making sure daily operations run like clockwork.

It’s a hands-on role… not just planning, but actually being in the middle of things—solving problems, coordinating tasks, and keeping everything aligned.

What your day might look like:

  • Overseeing daily kitchen and operational activities
  • Managing a small team (around 4–6 people) and keeping everyone on track
  • Handling inventory—making sure nothing runs out at the wrong time
  • Coordinating GCC shipments and ensuring compliance with food regulations
  • Managing order fulfillment and supporting e-commerce operations (especially Shopify or similar platforms)
  • Preparing reports and supporting sales when needed

Basically, you’re the person making sure everything flows—quietly but effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–4 years of experience in operations (F&B or e-commerce is a big plus)
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
  • Comfortable using Shopify or similar systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to guide a team without overcomplicating things
  • Knowledge of GCC logistics and food compliance is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Role Details:

  • 📍 Location: Kuwait City (On-site – Kitchen environment)

The Payroll Officer will be responsible for maintenance and support of payroll activities within Alghanim Industries

Job Responsibilities

•    Administration and record keeping of attendance/leaves (all kinds), Over Time, bonuses, etc.
•    Familiarity with Kuwaiti labor regulations and PISS requirements.

Procurement Officer

Job Summary

Jobs at this level are responsible for working closely with the marketing teams within Automotive group, analyzing the stock levels, consolidating requirements, conducting bids on Ariba, negotiating with suppliers, following up on receiving items and handling claims against suppliers. Work is done under intermittent supervision.

Job Responsibilities

•    Adheres to all processes and procedures set
•    Reviews incoming requirements from marketing teams of the automotive group and ensure the correct and quality parts are available when needed.
•    Work closely with marketing teams and clearly establish detailed specifications of the items to be procured.
•    Enter details into the Ariba system and create an event for suppliers to participate and bid.
•    Ensure the participating suppliers are clearly aware of the specs, lead time and payment terms plus other terms and conditions to avoid any conflicting issues at later stages.
•    Maintains data to facilitate good forecasting and reasonable inventory levels.
•    Create & scope of all the necessary purchases by each brand and this needs to be regularly reviewed and updated
•    Initiate and participate in Inventory audit process. Follows-up and closes audit findings and manage document filing.
•    Reviews sales and stock levels on an item-by-item basis and report details for management analysis.
•    Assists in forecasting the periodical demand on items.
•    Ensures maintenance of stock levels by re-ordering stock when necessary – i.e. place order, receive suppliers confirmation and make firm purchase order.
•    Checks and process suppliers’ claims and follow-up by prompt settlements of bills.
•    Maintains all confidential matters related to costs, suppliers, prices and rebates.
•    Updates MIS with suppliers’ invoices / orders and originate part numbers for new products.
•    Raises claims against suppliers/ insurance for shortages and excesses, defective and damaged goods

Candidate Requirements

•    Bachelor Degree in a related field.
•    4-5 years of relevant experience.
•    Good knowledge of inventory planning, procurement & control systems
•    Organization and planning skills.
•    Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
