Easa Husain Alyousifi & Sons Co., a well-known and trusted name in Kuwait, is currently looking for an experienced Senior Installation Engineer to join its technical team.

This role sits right at the center of both field and office operations. If you enjoy coordinating between teams, reviewing technical details, and making sure installations are done right the first time… this could be a great fit.

🛠️ Role Overview

As a Senior Installation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that every installation meets customer expectations, company standards, and local regulations.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Reviewing job packets and understanding the full scope of work for each project
• Translating what was sold by the sales team into a clear, practical installation plan
• Determining required materials and providing precise installation instructions
• Ensuring all installations comply with local Mechanical Codes and company standards
• Coordinating closely with Technical Support, Sales, Technicians, and Installers
• Supporting both office planning and on-site execution
• Managing tasks efficiently, with urgency, accuracy, and minimal supervision

This role requires someone who understands how important timing and communication are — and who takes pride in delivering quality work.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Installation Engineer, preferably in a senior role
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical installations
• Ability to read, review, and interpret job packets and technical documents
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams
• Alignment with the company’s core values and professional standards
