Service Description

This service allows the issuance of replacements for damaged and lost driving licenses or the modification of details for motorbike, private, public and construction licenses, pursuant to the Traffic Law Articles and Provisions, Executive Regulation No. (67/76), and Amendments thereof

Eligibility or Criteria

The applicant must have a valid driving license

Required Documents

Civil ID
Work permit or work letter for resident applicants
Personal photo
Copy of the passport
Blood type certificate

Procedures

Visit the General Traffic Department concerned and submit the required documents

Fill the service application form

Have the medical check-up

Pay the fees due
