Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC, Kuwait is looking to hire:

1- Contracts Engineer
• B.E/B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum 10-12 years of experience from a reputed organization. Min 6 yrs of overseas experience is must.
• Should have knowledge in Quantification, Billing & Estimation including comparison with tender pricing, rate analysis, budgeting, prepare cash flow.
• Understand & identify contract variations, prepare extra claims, procure subcontracts, prepare final accounts
• Manages the competitive bidding and selection process.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors/suppliers are commercially advantageous.

2- Quantity Surveyor
• B.E/B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum of 10-12 years of experience from a reputed organization. Min 6 yrs of overseas experience is must.
• Evaluation of rates, negotiation & agreement on variations along with the financial status of contracts
• Preparation of final statements, discharge, project close puts & settlements of final accounts
• Preparation of monthly valuations.
• Identifying & preparing variations claims
• Certifying payments for sub-contractors
• Actively being involved in resolving contractual matters with sub-contractors & qualification works to prepare the material requirement schedules, bar bending schedules & budgets
• Preparation of material status reports & monthly progress reports
