1️⃣ IT Support Engineer
We’re looking for a graduate IT Support Engineer with solid technical knowledge and the confidence to handle day-to-day IT issues calmly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of operating systems, patches, and upgrades
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
(PCs, printers, scanners, network devices, etc.) - Diagnosing and resolving system and network problems
- Configuring, optimizing, monitoring OS software and hardware
- Handling system or network incidents during service outages
- Ensuring support procedures and operating instructions are followed
Skills Required:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
2️⃣ Support Engineer (2 Positions)
This role is ideal for someone with a mix of technical knowledge and customer support experience, especially in software products.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience with SQL Server
- At least 1 year experience in Software Development (.NET)
- Minimum 2 years customer support experience for software products
Additional Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to understand customer issues and explain solutions clearly
