Position : Board Secretary / Legal Officer
Requirements-
Education- Bachelor of Law or equivalent
Work Experience – 2 to 5 years
Age limit – 25 to 35 years
Gender – Male
Job Description-
* Prepare and manage all requirements for the board meeting.
* Ensures minutes are distributed to members shortly after each meeting.
* Distributes copies of Board Minutes and actions to Board Members promptly after meetings.
* Makes sure members are notified of Annual General Meetings.
* Manage and prepare the location of the meeting.
* Prepare the invitation and send to the board.
* legal background is preferred.
