How to Apply and Renew NOC at KSE Kuwait
Kuwait Society of Engineers recently introduced its online appointment system for applicants requesting No Objection Certificate or NOC. NOC is required prior for renewal of Kuwait Residence Visa for holders of Engineers Visa.

How to Apply NOC for first timer applicant
1) On your browser type http://kseonline.org and select English if you don’t know Arabic. There are two types of membership in the society, individuals or companies.
2) Click Create Personal Account
a) Enter your Full Name
b) Enter your email address
c) Enter your 12-digit Civil ID Number
d) Enter username
e) Enter your nominated password
f) Click I Agree Terms of Use & Privacy Policy
g) Click Create User Account
3) After registration of user data, wait for email activation link. If you did not received link from KSE, visit their office personally to activate your account.
Their office is located at Arabian Street corner Soor Street, Bneid Al Qar, Kuwait. Working days at KSE is from Sunday to Thursday. Timings in the morning is from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and evening hours is from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Proceed to the Annex Building located at the back of KSE Main Building and select Enquiries on the token machine. Due to high volume of applicants, please be patient until your number is called by the staff.
Present your Civil ID to the Staff for your account activation.
4) Once your account is activated, visit http://kseonline.org and follow-up the steps required to apply for a certificate (whether an individual or a company), and fill the required information:
a) Personal Data Engineer
b) Certificate data
c) Company Data
d) International guild data
Upload the below required documents;
e) Scanned copy of your Civil ID
f) Scanned copy of work permit
g) Scanned Passport copy
h) Certified Certificate of Graduation (Diploma), copy of mark sheet (transcript of records), should be attested by your University, Home country Foreign affairs and Kuwait Embassy. Filipino engineers must be licensed holder issued by Philippines Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).
i) Scanned copy of a membership card of the Association of Engineers in your home of country or copy of certificate of your membership.
j) Colored photo
5) After you submitted all the information on Step 4, the system will generate your appointment date and time.
6) Please ensure to bring all the hard copies of the documents that you uploaded in KSE online portal. On the day of your appointment, proceed to KSE Annex Building and select Appointment of papers on the token machine.
7) Wait for a couple of weeks after the submission of your documents. KSE will notify whether you will undergo for examination or interview. If you are assigned for examination, please check the sample questionnaires at http://www.kse.org.kw/?page_id=19659
8) On your examination date, please arrive earlier than the schedule time. Please proceed to Annex Building, select Cashier on the token machine and wait for your number to be called and pay the examination/interview fee of KWD 50.00. KSE is accepting cash payment or KNET but not a credit card. After payment, kindly proceed to the Main Building and present your receipt for examination or interview.
9) Wait for another week and revisit KSE to know the result of your examination. If you passed, please proceed to Annex Building, select Cashier on the token machine and wait for your number to be called and pay the fees of KWD 30.00 for New Annual Membership fee and KWD 30.00 for NOC certificate.
10) After 1 week, revisit again KSE and collect your NOC and your membership card will be ready after 2 weeks. Please bring your original receipt to be stamped by KSE.
11) NOC validity is up to 3 months only, so ensure with your PRO that your residence visa will be applied within that period. To avoid delays on visa renewal, please apply 45 days prior for the expiry of your residence visa.
How to Renew NOC at KSE Kuwait ?
1) If are already registered user, on your browser type http://kseonline.org and select English if you don’t know Arabic. Click log in, enter your email address and your password. If you are not yet registered, please follow the procedure on How to Apply NOC for first timer applicant Steps 2 & 3.
2) Click Applications/Services of the Association and click Request Association Service.
3) For NOC renewal, click Request Another Service.

5) For membership renewal, select Request for annual membership renewal and the amount of KWD 20.00 will display automatically and Submit Request.
6) Unfortunately, online payment is not yet available on their portal. Please visit KSE and proceed to Annex Building, select Cashier on the token machine and wait for your number to be called.
Pay the fees of KWD 20.00 for Annual Membership Renewal and KWD 30.00 for NOC certificate. KSE is accepting cash payment or KNET but not a credit card.
7) After 1 week, revisit again KSE and collect your NOC. Please bring your original receipt to be stamped by KSE.
