We are hiring Senior Logistics Officer with knowledge of custom clearance experience with e-commerce industry.

Skilled in Microsoft Word, Communication, Teamwork, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint with strong operations knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

– Handling the Imports and Export Operations and ensuring proper documentation of shipments.

– Ensure timely delivery and clearances of goods.

– Foreign Trade Correspondence (following up via emails, phone calls).

– Ensuring timely delivery of Shipments.

– Insurance: Insuring shipments and sending claims in case of any damages.

– Negotiate for the best possible freight option (air/sea/courier/truck)

– Liaise with Freight Forwarder, Air- Sea, Land.

– Preparing Shipping reports to Brand & Operation Management.
