Job Description:

The Call Center Representative (Female) will be responsible for managing to contact companies about our company services in timely manner.

Representative Contacting Every day to companies to explain our company services to deal with them in convincing manner in phone call

Representative should explain our company services to customers and make an appointment with daily basis.

Identifies services that meet with the customer needs in order to cross sell/up sell where relevant with our company services.

Identify customer’s needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions.

Follow communication scripts when handling different topics in phone calls.

Representative should know about Information Technology like Web Designing and Network administration to explain our company services to the Companies or Customer’s in phone calls.

Sound Knowledge about Web and Mobile App Development services and Network installations, Formatting systems, Security cameras, Finger print devices, Electronic Locks and Digital Marketing.

Requirements:

2+ Years of call center experience

Able to communicate in Arabic and English

Candidates should from Kuwait Only.

Ability to work independently, give attention to detail, prioritize and perform several tasks together without losing concentration.

Effective in communicating clearly in writing and in speaking without being misunderstood.
