Hire a Senior HR Manager for Boutique and Cafe group in Kuwait.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
8+ years experience in Human Resources
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Must have corporate HR background preferably in F&B /Retail
Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken
Preferred SHRM/CIPD L5 but not mandatory
Arabic nationals preferred from GCC countries only
Looking for someone more Senior ( Senior HR Manager/HR Director) with regional experience based in Kuwait but having some background managing KSA and Kuwait company.
More details to be discussed during interview with the client.
